Sheffield United and Barnsley look favourites to reach the FA Cup third round after tonight’s second round draw.
The Blades, should they win the first round replay with Crewe at Bramall Lane next week, will face League Two play-off chasers Plymouth at home.
While Barnsley, who thrashed League Two Burton 5-0 in the first round, are at home to mid-table Vanarama Conference side Chester City.
Chesterfield , who went one better than Barnsley in the first round, winning 6-0 at non-League Braintree, have a tough tie at home to League One promotion chasers MK Dons.
Should they win at Weston Super Mare in the rearranged first round tie, Doncaster Rovers will travel to manager Paul Dickov’s former club Oldham Athletic.
Ties will be played on 5, 6, 7 & 8 December.
