LATEST: O’Driscoll joins Forest

FORMER Doncaster Rovers manager Sean O’Driscoll has been appointed as first-team coach of Championship strugglers Nottingham Forest.

He and Forest manager Steve Cotterill played together at Bournemouth.

Cotterill said: “Sean and I go back a long way. We’re old friends, and I’m delighted to have been able to add him to my coaching staff.

“He’s available after leaving Doncaster in September, so compensation isn’t an issue, and I’ve no doubts he will be a great addition to my backroom team.”
