Ross Turnbull’s own philosophy of hard work comes due to a desire to improve himself as a keeper and is directed through training ground work, discussions with goalkeeping coach Paul Gerrard and plenty of research into the opposition.

“It’s down to hard work and trying to put the work from the training ground into games,” Turnbull said.
“I sit down with Paul Gerrard after every game, we analyse it together and look where I can improve.”
