DONCASTER Rovers’ veteran keeper Neil Sullivan has signed a one year extension to his present contract which will keep him at the club until June, 2013.

The 41-year-old former Scotland international started the season as number two to Gary Woods but recently regained his place as first choice.

Sullivan, previously with Wimbledon, Tottenham and Chelsea, joined Rovers from Leeds United four years ago and was in goal against his old club when Rovers won the 2008 promotion play-off final at Wembley.

He was an ever present in the 2009-10 season when Rovers finished 12th – their highest position in the second tier for over 50 years.

Sullivan has 28 Scotland caps and has made more than 200 first team appearances for the club.
