FRENCH defender Patrick Chimbonda will make his home debut for Doncaster Rovers today.

Chimbonda was manager Dean Saunders’ first signing at the club and has played for Rovers at Portsmouth and Blackpool. This will be first experience at the Keepmoat in Rovers colours.

Coventry arrive never having won in seven previous visits to the town. They hope to have midfield duo Gary McSheffrey and Carl Baker back from injury. Winger McSheffrey,29, has missed City’s last three games with a back problem while midfielder Baker, 28, has been sidelined for weeks with an ankle problem.

They are without suspended midfielder Gael Bigirimana.
