CARLING CUP: Doncaster Rovers will have home advantage in an all-Yorkshire derby in the second round of the competition.

Rovers used home advantage to see off Tranmere in the previous round while Leeds battled hard to beat Bradford City at Elland Road after twice being behind.

Sheffield Wednesday, who beat Blackpool on penalties last night after 120 minutes of goalless football, have been rewarded with a trip to Premier League Blackburn Rovers.

Middlesbrough will face fellow Championship side Peterborough away and Sheffield United, like Boro, must travel, in their case to face Everton of the Premier League.

Huddersfield Town were another Yorkshire side to be drawn away from home and they must leave the country to face Cardiff City.
