New boy set for Spireites nod

MIDFIELDER David Davis is poised to make his debut at Leyton Orient this afternoon as rock-bottom Chesterfield look to boost their survival prospects.

Davis joined the Spireites on a three-month emergency loan deal from Wolverhampton Wanderers yesterday.

Earlier this season, the 20-year-old played 15 times for Scottish Premier League outfit Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
