The trio were all out of contract this summer.
Allott and Talbot have signed for two seasons andf Morgan for one.
Only veteran Ian Breckin, who’s just earned his fifth career promotion, and back-up keeper Shane Redmond, who didn’t make a single appearance, have not been offered new deals.
Players offered two-year contracts deals but yet to sign are Tommy Lee and Jack Lester.
Year-long terms have been offered to leading scorer Craig Davies, Dean Holden, Derek Niven, Jamie Lowry, Gregor Robertson, Tendayi Darikwa and Aaron Downes.
Davies is expected to be in high demand and may well choose to move on.
Loan players Kieran Djilali, Scott Griffiths, Ian Morris and Deane Smalley have all returned to their parent clubs.
