Chesterfield captain Ian Evatt says it’ll be a special moment when he leads the team out at Wembley in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy final.

But Chesterfield, backed by 6,000 inside the Proact Stadium, held on to ensure a Wembley date with southern area final winners Peterborough.
