Kozluk said no to Palace
BARNSLEY defender Rob Kozluk has revealed he snubbed a three-year offer to join Crystal Palace in favour of signing a new one-year contract with the Reds.
The former Sheffield United full-back signed a deal committing him to June 2010 and the 31-year-old, who has made 61 appearances for the Reds, said: "There was interest from elsewhere and Neil Warnock offered me a three year contract with Crystal Palace, but I did not want to leave Barnsley.
"All the speculation will be put to bed because I want to be here. I could have jumped ship but my family is settled here and I am enjoying my football, I love it here."
