BARNSLEY are giving a trial to former Reading striker Mathieu Manset.
Frenchman Manset, aged 23, will be at Oakwell for a week. “He’s trained with us, but he looked a little bit rusty,” Reds’ boss David Flitcroft said. “He’s not ready now, which we expected but hopefully it won’t take him long to catch up with the intensity.”
