BARNSLEY striker Andy Gray is expected to sit down with the club on Friday July 1 and take up the option of a one-year extension to his current two-year deal.
Gray originally penned a two-year contract with a one-year extension option when he signed for the Reds back in August 2009.
Last season the 33-year-old finished the club’ second top goalscorer with seven goals,
Although the Oakwell club have yet to appoint a new manager following the departure of Mark Robins, it looks like Gray will get his deal to keep him at the club until 30th June 30 2012.
