New signing Jack Hunt is ready to put his body on the line for Barnsley in their bid to avoid relegation.
The highly-rated Crystal Palace defender joined the Reds on Thursday, on loan until the end of the season.
Hunt, 23 and born in Yorkshire, has not played since August last year, having spent the last five months sidelined after breaking an ankle not longer after a £2million move to the Premier League Eagles.
But the former Huddersfield Town right-back, who also has experience of playing round here while on loan with Chesterfield, is back in the mix after a lengthy rehabilitation and hungry to play games.
