Breckin’s call

ASSISTANT manager John Breckin is challenging Barnsley’s players to be more clinical in front of goal on the road.

Mark Robins’ troops head to Leicester City today seeking a fourth away win of the campaign. The Foxes are unbeaten in 2011 and have beaten the Reds in eight out of their last nine meetings.

But Breckin is convinced the club can turn the formbook upside down and beat Sven-Goran Eriksson’s big-spending side.

He said: “Away from home, we have actually played quite well on several occasions this season but it is results that matter. We have got to be a little bit more ruthless and be positive going forwards. When we get our noses in front, we need to press on and make sure we build on it.”
