BARNSLEY skipper Luke Steele is embracing the challenge of being the club’s skipper and number one shot-stopper.
Former Manchester United goalkeeper Steele has been integral in the Reds’ recent draws with promotion-chasers Crystal Palace and league leaders Cardiff City.
“I’m loving being captain; it’s been really enjoyable,” Steele told The Star. “And I’m loving this battle and enjoying it. Every game means something to the players and the fans. Everybody is fighting with everything we have, which is great.”
