Barnsley set to confirm Tom Bradshaw signing

Barnsley are expected to sign highly-sought after striker Tom Bradshaw later today.

The Reds have agreed a fee with Walsall and the Welshman is currently undergoing a medical at the club.

The 23-year-old, who bagged 20 goals for the Saddlers last term, handed in a formal written transfer request yesterday.

And Barnsley were the quickest to react with an improved offer.

The Reds have been chasing the talented hitman all summer and have had two previous bids turned down by the League One club.

But it looks like a deal is close to getting over the line at Oakwell.
