BARNSLEY boss Keith Hill offered no excuses last night after his side were beaten by rock bottom Peterborough at Oakwell.
Early goals from George Boyd and Tyrone Barnett proved enough for Darren Ferguson’s Posh outfit, who backed up Saturday’s first win of the season with another eye-catching performance.
Hill said: “You have to give credit to Peterborough, they were excellent value for money in the end, but that was only as a result of their early goals. We lacked urgency and tempo, and we struggled to get the ball moving all night.
“Everyone is disappointed.”
