Barnsley defender Lewin Nyatanga has been called into the Wales squad for their upcoming friendly with Holland in Amsterdam.
Nyatanga, born in Burton, qualifies for Wales through his mother and has 34 international caps to his name.
The centre back made 12 appearances for the Reds this season past, the majority coming at the second half of the campaign and the 25 year old will be hoping to get some game time in a match which the Dutch are using as part of their build up to the World Cup.
Also in the squad, is Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale.
The game takes place at the Amsterdam Arena on Wednesday June 4 (7.30pm).
Earlier this week, Ryan McLaughlin, who had a spell on loan at Barnsley from Liverpool last season, was called into the Northern Ireland squad for their mini tour of South America which will take in friendlies against Chile and Uruguay.
