Barnsley: Heckingbottom's frustration over ban for Huddersfield Town clash
Heckingbottom accepted a Football Association charge on Monday, and was given a one-match touchline ban.
The charge relates to an incident against Wolves at the end of last month where the Reds’ chief marched into the opposition’s dugout when a member of their staff was hiding the ball for a throw in.

“You’ve still got the team before the game, at half-time and at full-time so not much changes.
“I’ll be able to keep in contact with the bench no problem, so it’ll only be me frustrated and not liking it.
“I was wrong, I can’t be doing that.
“I wasn’t showing any disrespect to the fourth official, I had an issue with one person and that was it.

“It was just instinct. I see Josh Scowen running after the ball and then I go to get it, it’s like looking after your kids.
“I’d already taken three or four steps and then I saw one of their guys hiding it.
“I won’t be doing it again because I don’t want to be sat in the stands.”

Hide AdAidy White and Scowen remain on the sidelines, with pelvic and ankle injuries respectively, as the Reds host high-flying Huddersfield tomorrow.
The Terriers are just four points shy of the automatic promotion spots after winning their last six.
And Heckingbottom believes it is the clear way in which they want to play that is keeping them up there.
He added: “Form wise they’re up there with the best teams in the league.”

“I don’t think it’s a coincidence that they know the exact way they want to play and they’re up there in the league.
“They’ve got a bit about them where they’re winning games.
“Throughout the season they’ve scored late goals, and that’s not saying they’re a lucky side because they earn everything that they get.
“I don’t know how many games they’ve won with late goals, but it wouldn’t surprise me if it’s in double figures and that’s what will keep them in that fight [for the top two] until the end.”
