Ennis help for the kids
SHEFFIELD athletics star Jess Ennis took time out to help youngsters at a training session at Don Valley stadium yesterday.
She hosted an Aviva UKA session for local competition winners, and said: "It's great to see all these local kids getting involved - I took part in one myself and I hope some can follow in my footsteps.
"Everything's going really well for me. I'm doing the hurdles and the high jump at the National Championships next Sunday and I can't wait."
The Aviva UKA Academy is designed to provide opportunities for every child to get active by 2012.
