PEGLERS crashed to a nine-wicket Doncaster Evening Infirmary Evening League Division One defeat against Conisbrough.

Matt Smethurst (35) and Ashley Langdale (29) were the pick in Peglers’ knock of 125-8. Blakemore took 3-18

Liam Stainthorpe (53 not out), Paul Hemmingway (29) and Blakemore (31 not out) steered Conisbrough home.

Adwick-le-Street beat Division Two rivals Fenwick by seven wickets.

Steve Vicarage (27) and Jeff Morton (22) were the mainstays of Fenwick’s 81-7 (Jack Rodgers (2-5) and Jamie Walton (2-22)).

Matthew Eades hit an unbeaten 35 in Adwick’s reply of 84-3. Jeff Morton took 1-5 in a tight three-over spell.

Brodsworth posted a six-wicket win over Barnby Dun.

Batting first, Parklands made 136-8 with Graham Langford (54) Craig Taylor (36) both making an impact. Mel Bellamy took 3-4.

Andrew Stuart (45 not out) was the pick of the Main batting in their 112-7 reply. Billy Bonser (3-24).

Sykehouse beat Marr by 16 runs.
