Yorkshire were frustrated by rain at Headingley with less than 10 overs possible on day two of their LV= County Championship Division One match against Nottinghamshire.
The Tykes had dismissed Notts for 205 on day one as they looked to apply further pressure on Middlesex at the top of the table and resumed on 52 for two in the morning.
But they could add only 24 to that total before the players were brought off due to bad light at 11.40am with Jack Leaning on 35 and skipper Andrew Gale on 23.
The sun did eventually come back out but umpires Martin Saggers and Alex Wharf called play off for the day due to a saturated outfield at 3.40pm.
SoYorkshire, who claimed all three bowling points on Sunday, trail Notts by 126 runs with eight first-innings wickets remaining.
