This was the scene at Bristol yesterday as England’s first One-Day International against India was abandoned due to rain, without a ball bowled.

Yorkshire, meanwhile, face Durham in the quarter-finals of the Royal London One-Day Cup at Headingley on Thursday and captain Andrew Gale said: “It’s a massive game for both teams, really. We want to get to a Lord’s final.”
