Whiston all-rounder Gary Bullimore was the outstanding performer in the last weekend of the South Yorkshire Alliance season, hitting 70 and then grabbing 4-9 against Brookhouse.
Bullimore shared a first-wicket stand of 136 with fellow opener Mick Roper, who hit 64, and then starred with the ball as guests Brookhouse fell for 122 in this Division Three clash.
In the Premier Division, Shiregreen saw off Eden Grove/Parklands for 131 (Abdul Latif 5-26), and answered with 132-8.
Former Shiregreen youngster Danny Suter took 5-50 for Wath as Darfield were bowled out for just 149.That proved more than enough, though, as Wath were bowled out for just 66, youngster Evan Todd returning 5-10 and Mark Roebuck adding 3-14.
