Sharks coach Atiba Lyons is instructing his players to keep the match tight in the early stages of tomorrow’s BBL Cup semi-final second leg at Newcastle Eagles.
Sheffield travel to the north-east holding a three-point advantage after winning the first match at the EIS a fortnight ago 82-79.
However, Newcastle have an excellent home record having lost just once there this season.
Lyons said: “Eagles know how hard it is to play in their venue and they thrive off that. It is our job not to give up any big runs and hang around until the fourth quarter, then anything can happen.”
The winners will meet cup holders Leicester Riders in the final next month.
