Hunters Bar school came out top in the Primary School event at Forge Dam last Saturday.

The team of Conrad Reuber 100, Euan Tryner 100, Alfie Hall 98 and Phoebe Mead 97 beat Dore Primary (Clara Brand 98, Henry McDonald 98, Claire Turner 98 and Sam Donnelly 97) into second place.

Lydgate School were third (Elizabeth Kemp 100, Rohan Hardy 100, Hannah Kemp 97 and Miles Tattersall 88) with Rudston Preparatory School from Rotherham in fourth (Harrison Gammons 95 Saoirse Behan 94 Grace Black 93 Will Green 91).

In the secondary competition King Egberts (Rachel Turner 100, Jack Page 100, Elisabeth Mill 100, Hamish Mill 100) edged out High Storrs (Callum Veitch 100, Hannah Dixon 99, Adam Majeed 99, Isobel Reuber 98) by four points.

The next event is on March 14 at Limb Valley.
