He’s the man that has guided Jessica Ennis-Hill to glory.

And now The Star is giving you the chance to win an hour’s training session with Coach of the Year Toni 
Minichiello.

The competition is for a promising young sports star aged between 13-17 years-old.

The winner will have an hour’s training session at a mutually agreed time and venue. Toni said: “I’m looking forward to putting the winner through their paces.

“We’ll have a look at what they’re doing right and what they’re doing wrong; give some good advice and most importantly work hard and have fun.”

Minichiello was named UK Coach of the Year for 2012 and works with a team of 
athletes headed by Ennis-Hill. Others include long jumper Jazmin Sawyers, decathlete John Lane, heptathlete Karla Drew and 100m hurdler Ashley Helsby.
