David steps up as Spireites vice-chairman

DAVID Jones has been appointed as the new vice-chairman of Chesterfield Football Club after serving as a director for the last four years.
Chesterfield chairman Barrie Hubbard said: "We welcome David's hands-on support as there is now plenty to do as we implement the plans for our new football stadium."

Jones takes over from Jason Elliott who stood down as a board member .
