SHEFFIELD Tigers head to Workington tonight with boss Neil Machin chasing four precious Premier League points as the Owlerton men look to climb further up the table.
After Thursday night's call-off against Newport, Machin's men aim for a second successive away win following last week's confidence-boosting 50-40 victory at Glasgow.
But with the Cumbrians featuring a powerhouse top three, Sheffield know they are
in for a rougher ride.
Said Machin: "We are hitting form at the right time now and want to win up there but they have some tough riders, none more so than our former skipper, Andre Compton, who is always determined to do well against us.
"But we are on a high right now. It would have been good to have taken another three points against Newport, but the heavy rain meant it wasn't to be. There's a great team spirit in the camp, everyone's helping each other and the lads want to go out and win races."
Sheffield lost 56-37 on their Premier Trophy visit to Derwent Park.
