REPORTS from Italy suggest that Doncaster Rovers boss Sean O'Driscoll could be interested in 20-year-old defender Kriss Thackary.
Serie A side Regina are reportedly willing to let the former Newcastle player go out on loan for the whole of next season.

O'Driscoll, who is still in talks with Manchester City centre-back Matt Mills about a permanent move to the following a succcessful loan spell last season, is known to be looking to bring in at least one defender.

Graeme Lee was released at the end of last season and Welsh international Steve Roberts could also be on his way after rejecting a one-year deal.

The club's home game against Ipswich Town on November 15 will be shown live on Sky and the game will now kick-off at 5.20pm.

The official DVD of Rovers 1-0 win over Leeds United in the League One promotion play-off final at Wembley Stadium is now on sale at both the club's shops priced £10.50.

The North branch of the Rovers supporters club will be holding their AGM at the Co-op Social Club, Brunel Road off York Road on Wednesday, July 9 commencing at 7.30pm. Everyone welcome.
