SOUTH Yorkshire Transport Museum is holding an open day on Sunday with a chance to see one of only two Rotherham motor buses ever restored.
The museum, on Waddington Way, Aldwarke, Rotherham, is one of the newest attractions in South Yorkshire and features heritage bus rides and a steam engine, as well as a collection of older buses and other transport items. The open day starts at 11am
and last admission is 4pm.

A vintage bus will be providing a regular shuttle service to the museum from midday until 5pm from stand C1, of Rotherham Interchange.

Admission is £3 for adults, £1.50 for concessions and £6 for a family of up to two adults and two children. Admission is free to visitors who bring a pre-1973 classic vehicle.
