YOUNGSTERS across Rotherham put on their own 'Eurovision' song contest - performing in traditional costume and singing in the language of the country they represented.
Eight Rotherham primary schools took part in the Rother-Vision event at Clifton Community Arts School, which has gained a European Award for Languages from the National Centre for Languages.
Each school chose a country to represent and performed a song in its language and traditional dress.
The youngsters also produced a short video in the host language.
Their efforts were then beamed back to each school, so fellow pupils could vote for what they thought were the best songs and performances.
