MORE than 200 new affordable homes are set to be built in Rotherham after the council secured £7.8 million of investment.
The Housing Corporation cash will pay for new houses in Meadowbank, Greasbrough, Broom, Swinton, Dinnington and Wath over the next three years.
They are areas identified as being in particular need of new affordable homes.
