ROBIN Hood Airport has appointed Mike Morton as airport director, Nick Smillie as aviation sales director and Paul Rodwell as cargo director.
Mr Morton is a qualified as a mining engineer who spent 21 years working in the industry, moving to aviation 12 years ago, where he has gained experience working in ground handling, air cargo, airline and latterly the airport business.

ntry Airport's operations director before taking on his current role and will report to Hugh Lang, formerly managing director at Peel's Durham Tees Valley Airport, who recently became group airports director.
Nick Smillie has a wealth of international sales experience and worked for city development company Creative Sheffield and as senior business development manager for the Advanced Manufacturing Park before joining Peel.
Paul Rodwell has more than 30 years experience in international transport, having held senior management positions in both shipping and airline companies.
He joins from James Fisher and Sons, where he was a director of leading UK shipping company James Fisher Everard.
