Residents are being asked what they love about living in Chesterfield as part of a project to record a living history.
Chesterfield Museum is setting up a stall outside Burton’s on Burlington Street tomorrow.
Local people will be invited to share their feelings and have their photos taken free of charge by professional photographer Lizzie Coombes.
People taking part will be asked what they enjoy doing with their family in and around the town, and what they value about Chesterfield’s history and heritage.
Selected portraits of people taking part will then be used in a display later this year.
The event comes after a Love Chesterfield campaign was launched in response to criticism of the town in a newspaper.
