BARNSLEY have won the race to sign veteran defender Darren Moore from Derby on a free transfer.
The 34-year-old centre-half was believed to be a target for Leicester and had the opportunity to join former club Bradford, but opted instead to sign a two-year deal with the Tykes.

Barnsley boss Simon Davey told the club's official website, www.barnsleyfc.co.uk: "We have been looking to increase competition at the back and have brought in a player with a proven pedigree."
