Hobson's takeover doubts

DENNIS Hobson has revealed that he is sceptical about the two proposed takeover bids for the Owls and repeated his Jersey consortium's offer to aid the club.
The Owls fan and boxing personality said: "We are worried about the two bids. We believe it's not going to happen.


"We are there to assist the club. We will guarantee that we can make substantial amounts available to the manager next season. What the board have to do is to talk to us."
