This video shows the latest striking addition to Sheffield's vibrant street art scene taking shape.
The giant graffiti mural in Abbeydale Road, opposite Abbeydale Picture House, was painstakingly created on Sunday (April 23) in a collaboration between spray can supremos Marcus Method, Trik09, and STOG.
It replaces the Visions of the Future mural painted last year by Rocket01, which depicted a woman in a helmet holding a badger.
Although the previous artwork was popular it had been repeatedly targeted by vandals, with tins of paint flung at the wall in the latest attack.
The artists behind the new mural spent hours creating their masterpiece, with darkness beginning to descend by the time they add the finishing touches.
The mural is the latest addition to the Antiques Quarter Street Art Trail, which features works ranging from alien bollards to woodland spirits.
