Heavy traffic has been reported in Hillsborough as Sheffield Wednesday prepare to take on Huddersfield for a place in the Championship play-off final.

Stagecoach Supertram tweeted at around 6pm today to say: "Heavy traffic is reported in the Hillsborough area due to SWFC match. As a result some services are being delayed. Sorry if you're affected."

Travel South Yorkshire warned passengers to expect delays of up to half an hour on buses in the area.

It tweeted: "#Sheffbus delays reported to the follow svcs 20-27 minute delays services 81,82,85,83,8a 29 15-20 minutes on svcs 3,20,x1,x3,24,74,97"

The Owls drew 0-0 with Huddersfield at the John Smith's Stadium on Sunday and victory tonight would see them face off against Reading at Wembley for a place in the Premier League.
