A teenager was racially abused on a train to Sheffield, say police, who want to speak to this man in connection with the offence.

A 15-year-old boy was travelling on a train between Manchester and Sheffield when a man sat opposite and began racially abusing him, said British Transport Police.

The man left the service at Sheffield following the incident, which happened on Monday, May 1, at around 6.43pm.

Officers want to speak to the man pictured as they believe he may have information which could help the investigation.
