Police have asked for help to find a missing pensioner who disappeared from a nursing home in Sheffield.

Trevor Everton, aged 72, was last seen this morning (Saturday, May 20) at around 5am leaving the home on Burngreave Road.

South Yorkshire Police said it is growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.

Trevor is 5ft11 and of a large build, with white receding hair and a white beard. He has several tattoos on both hands and was last seen wearing a beige coat, dark blue trousers and brown shoes.

Officers say he rarely leaves the Burngreave area but has previously travelled to Hull, Blackpool and Nottingham.

Anyone with information regarding Trevor's whereabouts is asked to call police on 101, quoting the incident number 439 of May 20.
