The Olympic heptathlon medal hopefuls, who were third and fourth at last year's World Championships, will clash with Ukraine's Lyudmila Blonska, who finished runner-up in Osaka.
The Austrian meeting will be a real form guide to the Beijing Olympics Games.
Ennis's coach Toni Minichiello explained: "The world's best will be there, outside the major championships it is probably the most important combined event meeting. Plus it's only 80 days before the Games begin, too little time to make changes or improvements to performances.
"It's a first for Jess to be there. In the past she's always had university exams at this time of year."
Already this season Ennis has shown rapidly improving form.
Last weekend, competing for City of Sheffield, she extended her personal best javelin and it now stands at 42.45m.
"That's an improvement of 90 heptathlon points and could mean the difference of scraping a bronze and gaining another medal," coach Minichiello added.
Ennis has been busy training at the English Institute of Sport in Sheffield as well as the Don Valley Stadium.
She's competing at Sheffield's Don Valley Stadium this weekend in the Yorkshire athletics championships.
She has entered the 100m, 200m, 100m hurdles, high jump and shot putt. "We'll decide which Jess is going to do on the day," said Minichiello.
