After 27 years since the Hillsbrough disaster and God knows how many years after the Miners’ Strike fiasco we now have inquests reopening 40 years after the Birmingham pub bombings.
Where are we going? Millions of pounds have been spent on these stupid enquiries, and for what?
Will these people ever be brought to justice?
No, most of them are long since dead and buried, so what’s the point?
From an outsiders’ point of view it seems that some people spend the rest of their lives entrenched in proving someone else’s guilt instead of moving on.
Life’s too short, so move on.
