Theresa May has now appointed her new cabinet.
The top 12 most senior positions in her cabinet are represented by 10 MPs whose constituencies are in London, the Home Counties and the South East.
There is one from Somerset and one from Yorkshire to make up the list.
Surely the rest of the country should be represented more fairly.
What would the reaction be from the capital if the next cabinet consisted of the same proportions from South Yorkshire or even Yorkshire itself.
The population of Yorkshire is slightly more than Scotland. Scotland is getting a fair share of publicity. Yorkshire is getting very little.
I am quite willing to offer instructions to anyone down south who wants to visit Yorkshire if they are driving a car.
