IT’S murder most horrid at the Kelham Island Museum.
Suspicious Sheffielders are stalking the centre’s rooms – and it seems one of them’s done the deathly deed.
Now wannabe sleuths are being invited to find out who the mock killer is as part of a giant game of Cluedo.
The suspects? Colonel Kelham, Miss Silversmith, Mr Mester, Professor Bessemer, Mrs Buffer, Reverend Hawley and Madame Cutler.
Participants will get the chance to move around rooms attempting to rule out (or in) different locations and weapons - including Made In Sheffield knives and spanners.
“We’re really excited about it,” says Judith Smith, development officer with Sheffield Industrial Museums Trust. “Everyone loves Cluedo so what better way to bring the historic surroundings of the museum to life?
“The murder suspects will also entertain guests as they are eliminated one by one. And we’ll be serving a pie and pea supper to round off the evening.”
It takes place October 20, 6 - 9pm. Tickets £12 per person or £44 for a team of four. Book on 0114 2010769.
