Over the past couple of weeks my wife and I have discovered a new sport which, we hope, will be included in the 2020 Olympics.
It’s “Channel Hopping”.
As the BBC have switched from BBC2 to BBC4 and BBC5 Live and back again we have been mastering the art of remote control tossing.
Using the remote rather like a relay baton we have developed moves.
The inverted double twist with mute and triple summersault with auto BBC4 are amongst those with high degrees of difficulty.
On occasions, when our thumbs have become weak, we have resorted to the simple inward pike.
Five hours a day practice for the next four years should give us a great chance of a podium presence .
Cheerio-Rio, bring on Tokyo... our very last chance of Olympic glory
