Never going to change
The headline, career criminal jailed again.
You can call anything a job these days, it seems.
James Dixon is never going to change, he had just got out of prison, he offended again, he wasn’t rehabilitated inside, nor never likely to be.
It would be safer for us all if he’s locked up permanently.
