Just before all these bus changes, there was an article in The Star, saying, First was going to pay compensation for “bus no shows”. Has anybody actually been paid out, as I think they will be eating their words now?
According to some data published in The Star, January 14, there were 409 complaints just in November and customers were waiting in excess of half an hour, just to be answered on the telephone.
They say customer satisfaction is important to them , but I’ve never had any.
Whenever I’ve rung to see why I haven’t had a reply to my complaint, conveniently they’ve not received the letter.
