Have your say

While having sympathy with the front-page headline story of “Make The City Safe To Cycle” I would urge cyclists to make themselves safe to cycle.

On a daily basis you see cyclists on busy roads cycling without helmets and how many motorists have nearly had collisions with cyclists who are riding in poor light and in the dark without lights?

As with seat belts there really ought to be consideration given to helmets being made compulsory for cyclists riding on public roads.
