Halloween and Bonfire Night will soon be upon us - and there's plenty going on in Sheffield this year to keep you entertained.

HALLOWEEN PARTY AND FIREWORKS
Handsworth Old Rectory and Community Centre will be hosting a Halloween party and fireworks display on October 30. The event takes place from 3pm to 8pm. Admission is £3. The event includes a giant kids' party with disco, magcian, bouncy castle and fireworks.
SHEFFIELD HALLOWEEN ZOMBIE BAR CRAWL
The Sheffield Halloween Zombie Bar Crawl returns on October 31. Featuring nine venues and one nightclub, the event runs from 8pm to 4am and will feature 1,000 zombies, bar crawl games, drinks, discount offers and free fake blood. All participants MUST be in fancy dress and meet at 8pm at Bar & Beyond, 173-179 West Street, Sheffield.
Fear Fest 16 is back at Rotherham's Magna Centre on October 29 from 7pm. Yorkshire's biggest Halloween dance music festival is back with Chase and Status, Lethal Bizzle, Darius Syrossian, Big Narstie and more. Minimum age is 18.
HALLOWEEN MONDAY CORP
The Corporation in Sheffield will be hosting a Halloween Party on October 31 from 10pm to 3am. Minimum age 18.
The Imperial Club in Mexborough will be hosting this annual mini music festival on October 28 from 7pm. In aid of Bluebell Wood and Hallam FM's Cash For Kids, the line up includes Rage Against The Beanish, Maiden Iron, Apocalyspe Dudes, The Leathernecks and So Long, Astoria. There will be fancy dress, great drinks offers and Robbo's BBQ to keep guests fed. 16+ unless supervised by an adult.
HALLOWEEN SPOOKTACULAR AT WHIRLOW FARM
Get down to Whirlow Farm for some spooky fun at the venue's Halloween Spooktacular 2016.
There will be two sessions: Friday 28 October 2016 - morning session (10am-1pm) and afternoon session (2pm-5pm). Tickets £3 adults, children £3.50. (children age 2 and under are free)
This lovely children’s event is a chance for little ones to dress up in their best Halloween costumes. Both sessions will be packed full of activities, creepy crafts, pumpkin carving and the return of the Barney Baloney show and disco.
The BBQ will be serving sausages as well as hot drinks and snacks. Free pumpkin soup on arrival.

MALIN BRIDGE INN HALLOWEEN HORROR NIGHT
The Malin Bridge Inn is back for another fabulously scary night of amazing themed areas, floor shaking music, fantastic fancy dress costumes and one heck of a party! The fun takes place from 7pm to 2am on October 29.
MEADOWHALL HALLOWEEN HALF TERM
Join in spooktacular Halloween events with a series of free activities at Meadowhall.
Kids will be bats about the Halloween-themed craft workshops where they can make their own witch or wizard hat to wear trick or treating.
There’s pumpkin decorating, card making and lots more to keep them entertained until the big night. Or, if they are feeling a bit more adventurous why not join in the Ghostbusters’ Treasure Trick or Treat around the Centre.
Plus, the centre will have its very own Pumpkin Patch where you can buy pumpkins to decorate at home. Free entry. The event runs from October 24-29.
CRYSTAL PEAKS SAFE TRICK OR TREATING
Crystal Peaks will be hosting a safe trick or treating event on October 31 from 3pm until 6pm.
Pick up a free treat bag from customer care and use the creepy trail provided with your treat bag to help find your goodies.
There will also befree face painting in The Market Place and Central Atrium as well as free balloon modelling and a free photo booth.
Come in your best fancy dress and have your face painted then pop down to outside Toys R Us for a free photo with prizes for the best dressed kids.
HALLOWEEN AT THE MILLHOUSES
The Millhouses gastro pub on Abbeydale Road will be staging a Halloween Party on October 29. The fun starts at 7pm with live music at 8.30pm and a prize for the best fancy dress.
HALLOWEEN DROP-IN DAY AT CLIFTON PARK MUSEUM
Get along to Clifton Park Museum for some spooky fun and games on October 25 between 11am and 3pm.
Bring your little monsters for creepy crafts, ghoulish games and scary storytelling with a Halloween drop-in day!
The museum will be converted to a haunted house and children can follow the 'spook trail', as well as take part in a range of activities to get them ready for the Halloween festivities.
Admission is £2.50 per child and most suitable for 3-12 year olds. Booking is not required.
HALLOWEEN WEEKEND AT THE BARREL, CHAPELTOWN
The Barrel in Chapeltown will be hosting a Halloween weekend. On October 29 there will be a scary disco from 6.30pm until late with fancy dress encouraged then on Sunday October 30 there will be kids' pumpkin carving from 4pm with a prize for the best creation.
AFTER DARK AT DON VALLEY BOWL
After Dark 2016 will return to the Don Valley Grass Bowl on Saturday 5 November. The event takes place from 5.30pm until 10pm. The bonfire will be lit at 7.30pm with fireworks to music at 9pm.
Hallam FM and Big John will be live and there will also be food stalls and a giant funfair.
Advance purchase tickets are priced £11 adults (aged 14+) and £5.50 child (age 3-13).
From 5pm on November 5, tickets will be priced £12 adults (aged 14+) and £6 child (age 3 - 13).

A special children’s fireworks display set to Disney classics will open the annual Chatsworth Bonfire and Fireworks Nights on November 5 and 6.
Along with music from Disney’s Frozen and other well-known family friendly songs, there will be a magical feel to this year’s annual event with live ice-carving by the award-winning company which created a huge ice installation for the hit TV series Game of Thrones.
The lighting of the bonfire and the children’s firework display takes place at 7.30pm with the main firework display with its show-stopping grand finale following at 8.45pm.
Along with tasty bonfire food and drink, live bands and stilt walkers, this ticketed event has plenty to offer before the all important countdown to the fireworks.

MEADOWHEAD GIGANTIC FIREWORK DISPLAY AND BONFIRE
This free event takes place on November 4 at the Transport Ground, Meadowhead, Greenhill, Main Road. The event will include a huge bonfire, spectacular firework display, outside bar, funfair, Punch and Judy, a magic show, face painting, children's TV characters, fire eaters and much more including hot food. The fun starts at 6pm with the bonfire lit at 7pm.
Owlerton Stadium will be hosting a greyhound racing night followed by a fireworks display on November 6. Gates open at 4pm, first race is at 5pm, last at 8pm with the fireworks getting under way after racing. Admission is £4 for adults and £2 for children. The restaurant and executive boxes will be open on the night.
GRENOSIDE SCOUTS BONFIRE AND FIREWORKS
Grenoside Scouts will be hosting a bonfire and fireworks display on November 5. The bonfire and fireworks will get underway at 7pm with a Guy Fawkes competition from 6.30pm. Food and refreshments including burgers, chilli, hot dogs, jacket potatoes and parkin will be available. There will also be a bar at the venue in Saltbox Lane, Grenoside. Tickets are £4, under fives free of charge. Tickets should be bought in advance as the event sold out last year.
THE GREAT FIRE OF DRONFIELD
A Bonfire and Family Firework Display will be held at Dronfield Woodhouse Recreation Ground on November 5. The fire will be lit at 6pm with firework displays at 7pm and 8pm. Appearing in the Club afterwards are Junkyard Dog. Tickets for adults (12 and over) are £6 in advance, £7 on the day.
HANDSWORTH BONFIRE AND FIREWORKS

THE GREAT FIRE OF RINGINGLOW
The Norfolk Arms at Ringinglow will host its annual Bonfire Night extravaganza on November 5. The event also features a huge marquee serving homemade food and a range of beers, wines, spirits and hot drinks. The bonfire will be lit at around 7pm. There will be no fireworks due to surrounding farms, but guests can bring sparklers.
HESLEY WOOD BONFIRE
Hesley Wood in Chapeltown will be hosting its annual bonfire at the Hesley Wood Scout Activity Centre. The event will feature the usual Bonfire and Fireworks displays, but there will also be an outdoor stage bringing live music, a catering unit, a fully licensed bar, stalls, and fair rides. Tickets are priced atL Adult: £5.50 (15 years or older), child: £3.50 (14 years or younger), parking pass £1 per car (cars can only park at the event with a pre-purchased pass). CLIFTON PARK BONFIRE
The Annual Clifton Park Bonfire and Fireworks display takes place in Clifton Park, Rotherham on November 3. The funfair opens at 4.00pm with the fire lit at 6.30pm.
Childrens fireworks at 6.45pm, main fireworks display at 7.45pm. Entry is free.
MANOR FIELDS PARK
Manor Fields Park, City Road, will be the venue for a bonfire on November 4 from 7.30pm. Admission is free. Food will be available but there is no parking at the site.
